Warranty is available.   This motor home is in excellent condition, only used 3 times for Florida trip.  We are not smokers.  Professionally installed CB set, one way covering for windows, washer & dryer, side by side refrigerator with freezer, rear view driving back assist mirror.

Inspections were done every year.  No maintenance or repairs had to be done on this motor home because it was kept in perfect condition.  New tires were purchased in fall of 2006.  Also, tow bar is available to transport car, sold separately.
